We are a benchmark of organic extra virgin olive oil with a history of over 35 years pursuing respect for the environment and balance between nature conservation and improving the health of consumers.

We already cultivate more than 1200 hectares of organic olive groves, mainly from mountain olive groves located in the heart of the Sierra de Segura Natural Park where it originates. Currently our production is in full expansion including several milling lines in our production centers and an exclusive European packaging plant of Organic Production.

With the organic production method, the prevention of risks to nature and the conservation of biodiversity ensures the natural symbiosis between animals and plants, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and facilitating balance in organic farming systems.

In olive oil organic farming, special attention is paid to soil management, promoting soil organic richness and moisture using cover crops, composting of olive mill residues and chopping of pruning residues. The vitality of the soil favours both adequate nutrition of the olive trees and effective protection against pests and diseases.
