Recognition of Excellence
The Ardilla Awards recognize each year the three best early olive oil grades from this campaign, without establishing hierarchies among them, valuing *Saqura*, quality, origin, and the work done by both farmers and olive mill teams throughout the territory.
In this edition, the Regulatory Council has wanted to highlight the collective work of Jaencoop, both by the olive farmers who care for the cultivation and collection, and by the technical teams that handle the production of Saqura, as well as the cooperative group’s commitment to quality, traceability, and the defense of the protected origin.
The Sierra de Segura Designation continues to reinforce its role as a guarantee of singular early olive oil grades, linked to the territory and unique natural conditions, placing the region as a reference in the production of high-grade early olive oils.
